PLEASE MEASURE YOUR PET PROPERLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER
At Licks and Giggles Boutique we make every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Proper Measurement is the best way to avoid returns. We have included several sizing charts throughout this site to help you. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help!
If you receive your order and are dissatisfied, please email us within 7 days from delivery and we will be happy to assist you. You will have 14 days to return the product. Any item returned to us must be in its original, unused condition. It must have tags attached and must contain all original documents, boxes, etc.
Licks and Giggles Boutique will happily accept returns on most items for exchange or complete refund of the purchased item. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and experience.
Please note that due to strict health regulations, pet beds, blankets and carriers cannot be exchanged or returned unless damaged in shipment.

Return and Exchange Procedure:

- Email us within 7 days of receipt
- When we receive the merchandise and confirm that it is unused and in original packaging, we will either exchange or issue a refund. An email will be sent to you upon receipt for your records.
- If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. Include order number, date, item and describe the defective merchandise.
- If you do not receive your merchandise within 30 days of your original order, please contact us.
